Is there an age restriction for the event?
Children aged 2 years and above require a ticket to enter the stadium. Children below 2 years do not require a ticket but will not be allocated a separate seat. They must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the match is abandoned.
Can I book tickets through both the website and the app?
Yes, you can purchase the tickets from District app and District.in
Are International Payments allowed while buying tickets?
You can make payments using international credit cards except Amex cards. While using the credit card, verify that the international purchase facility is toggled on and the transaction limit on the card is checked. In case the error persists, we request you contact your bank for further queries.

What happens if my transaction fails, or is incomplete?
Failed or incomplete transactions will be automatically refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 working days. In case of concerns, please reach out to events@district.in.
What is the cart time for ticket purchases?
Customers have 10 minutes to complete their purchase after adding tickets to the cart.
Will the tickets be physical or digital?
