Pune’s famous wildlife destination, the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park, popularly known as Katraj Zoo, is located near Katraj Lake on Pune–Satara Road. Spread across 130 acres, the zoo is home to around 60+ species including white tigers, leopards, elephants, deer, reptiles, and a dedicated Snake Park. It is one of Maharashtra’s most visited zoological parks and a major conservation and education centre.
