Best in the Zoo
Although it is a national park and not a zoo, the biggest highlight of the park is the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, which can often be seen grazing freely across the hillsides. The park also shelters Nilgiri langurs, lion-tailed macaques, Indian gaur, sambar deer, elephants, and several endemic birds and butterflies.
