Anshi National Park, now part of the famous Kali Tiger Reserve, is located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka in the Uttara Kannada district. Established in 1987, the park is known for dense evergreen forests, black panthers, Bengal tigers, elephants, hornbills, and rich biodiversity. It forms an important protected area along with Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary.
