Jim Corbett National Park is India’s oldest national park and one of the country’s most famous wildlife destinations. Located in the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand, the park is renowned for its rich biodiversity, dense forests, riverine belts, grasslands, and large population of Royal Bengal Tigers. Established in 1936 as Hailey National Park, it was later renamed after legendary hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett.
