Anamudi Shola National Park is a beautiful protected forest area located in the Western Ghats of Kerala’s Idukki district. Declared a national park in 2003, it covers approximately 7.5 sq. km and is famous for its dense shola forests, rolling grasslands, misty hills, and rich biodiversity. The park forms part of the UNESCO-recognized Western Ghats ecosystem and lies close to Munnar.
